Triathlon Coaching

Whether you are training for IRONMAN or your first sprint or Olympic distance triathlon, KJ Multisport offers coaching for triathletes at all levels.

With KJ Multisport’s Full-Service Triathlon Coaching, you'll receive a customized training program with prescribed workouts (including warmup, cool down, intensity, duration) for swimming, biking, running, and strength/core guidelines. KJ Multisport’s full-service tri coaching also includes:

  • Goal setting and race planning

  • Access to strength and drill videos

  • Race day nutritional guidelines

  • Unlimited communication as needed through email or phone

  • Ongoing mental training homework/tips focusing on your 'A' races
